"We had extensive water damage to our kitchen floor and possibly more last weekend. I spoke with Russ on Monday around 10 a.m. and before noon he had Peerless at our home starting the water abatement process. The State Farm adjuster was here on Tuesday. I can't say enough about the personal service we have received from Russ Ramey! We have had insurance with him about 20 years and we are so glad to be with his agency at this difficult time."

"State Farm increased my monthly premium, which made me mad. I told my SF agent the I was upset..I searched elsewhere for insurance & fell in to the 'bait and switch' tactic by Progressive...luckily I backed out, had to 'eat humble pie' & apologize to State Farm, they had not cancelled my policy so all was good. They were kind & polite toward me and did not hold it against me for looking elsewhere for insurance. It is to be noted I have been client of State Farm for 46 years!!! Won't stray again.
